As IT and management practices change at an ever increasing rate, a gap is formed between the foundations provided by an academic institution and the technical and management competencies required in today's business environment. Most of the International Certification examinations assume that the candidates have at least 1to 3 years of relevant work experience. Therefore you are advised to appear for such International Certifications after gaining certain experience, until and unless specifically required by some companies. You are suggested to map your skills through various practice tests available before appearing for the examination.
