Terms & Conditions
In order to confirm the booking, 50% payment to be made in advance (non-refundable) which would be calculated as per Minimum Guarantee, balance 50% to be paid at the time of Check In and any extra's to be settled at the time of Check Out.
For Residential Stay, the Check In and Check Out time; early arrival and late checkout policy would be as follows:
o Our Check In and Check Out time is 01:00 P.M. and 11:00 A.M. respectively.
o Early arrival before 10:00 A.M. or late departure beyond 02:00 P.M. will be charged @ 50% of the contracted rates.
o Early arrival before 07:00 A.M. or late departure beyond 05:00 P.M. will be charged @ 100% of the contracted rates.
For Day Picnic, the Check In and Check out time would be 09:30 A.M. and 06:30 P.M. respectively;
For improved security of the resort guests, the resort reserves the right to check an original proof of identity such as valid Passport (essential for all foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID Card and personal baggage of the guests on arrival.
The guest will take full responsibility for any damages incurred during the usage of the equipment's or facilities or while construction or dismantling of the set-up done by them during their event. The guest would be required to compensate for the same/replace, irrespective of the amount.
The guests are required to deposit an amount of Rs. 2500/- towards Security Deposit (refundable) for the issuance of sports equipment at Sports Office in the resort. In case of any damage or loss, the amount of loss or damage would be settled from the security deposit while refunding the same.
