We take admission only after the completion of Class II Medical

We require the following documents at the time of admission:-

1. 10th Marksheet (5 copies, Attested by gazetted officer)

2. Passing certificate (5 copies, Attested by gazetted officer )

3. 12th Marksheet (5 copies, Attested by gazetted officer )

4. School leaving certificate (5 copies, Attested by gazetted officer )

5. Proof of Date of Birth (Xerox Attested by gazetted officer 5 copies)

6. Class II Medical Assessment or CA 34 or CA 35

7. Police verification certificate & Mark sheet Verification certificate (10th & 12th) (After Admission )

8. Photo ID Proof

9. Address Proof (5 copies, Attested by gazetted officer )

10. Photograph (20)
