DAY 01 ARRIVE AMRITSAR. (WAGAH BORDER)

Arrive in Amritsar this afternoon by Jet Airways flight at 1450 hrs. On arrival proceed to the Indo-Pak Attari-Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Attari-Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening Beating the Retreat ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. Proceedtothe hotel and check in. Overnight in Amritsar.

DAY 02 AMRITSAR

After breakfast, proceed to the Golden Temple -the most important sikh shrine, also called Mecca for the Sikhs and is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs followed by a visit to the Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. Later, depart by surface to Chandigarh (230 kms / 6 hrs). On arrival at Chandigarh check into your hotel. Overnight in Chandigarh / Panchkula.

DAY 03 AMRITSAR TO MANALI

Today, after breakfast check out of your hotel and proceed to Manali (275 kms / 8 hrs). On arrival in Manali, check into your hotel. Overnight in Manali.

DAY 04 MANALI

Today you visit the Jagatsukh Gayatridevi Mandir and Naggar Art Gallery. Later in the afternoon you visit the Hidimba Temple, Manu Mandir & Vashisth Kund. Evening at leisure or stroll on the Mall Road for shopping (on own). Overnight in Manali.

DAY 05 MANALI

Morning you proceed for a full-day excursion to the snow view point on the Rohtang Pass road. On return you may take an excursion of Solang Valley about 13 kms from Manali, which offers fine views of glaciers and snow Capped peaks. You can enjoy Para-Gliding at Solang Valley (on own). Evening at will be at your leisure. Overnight in Manali.

DAY 06 MANALI TO CHANDIGARH

Early morning, check out of your hotel and proceed to Chandigarh (275 kms / 8 hrs). Enroute visit Manikaran temple and hot springs. On arrival in Chandigarh check into your hotel. Overnight in Chandigarh.

DAY 07 TOUR END

This morning you will be transferred to Chandigarh airport or Railway station for your flight/train to home.
