Qualification and Experience:

Manager (HR) -> MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW - 2 years full time course from a recognized / AICTE approved Indian University/ Institute. Minimum 10 years of Post Qualification experience in handling HR Operations. Knowledge of SAP-HCM modules is preferred.

Senior Manager (HR) -> MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW - 2 years full time course from a recognized / AICTE approved Indian University/ Institute. Minimum 13 years of Post Qualification experience in handling HR functions. Knowledge of SAP-HCM modules is preferred.

AGM / DGM (HR) -> Manager (HR) -> MBA (HR) / PGDBM (HR) / MHRM / MSW / MLW - 2 years full time course from a recognized / AICTE approved Indian University/ Institute. Minimum Post Qualification experience of 17 years for AGM and minimum 22 years for DGM in handling the entire employee life cycle management and HR Operations. Knowledge of SAP-HCM modules is preferred.

AGM / DGM (Administration) -> Graduate in any discipline from a recognized / AICTE approved Indian University / Institute. Minimum Post Qualification experience of 17 years for AGM and minimum experience of 20 years for DGM out of which minimum 10 years working in public sector either in a central PSU or a State PSU. Knowledge of SAP would be preferred.

Manager (HSE) -> B.E./B.Tech (HSE/Fire)/M.Tech (HSE) from a recognized/AICTE approved Indian University/Institute. Minimum 12 years of Post Qualification experience in the Oil and Gas Industry in implementing HSE initiatives.

Officer / Senior Officer (CSR) -> Post graduation degree in any discipline with first division from a recognized / AICTE approved Indian University / Institute. Minimum Post Qualification experience of 2 years for Officer and 7 years for Senior Officer out of which minimum 2 years in handling CSR activities in a listed Company is a must.
