High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad invites Online Applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Private Secretary (Class-II) and English Stenographer Grade-II (Class-III) by Direct Recruitment Basis. The Online Registration start from 16th March 2016 and close on 31st March 2016.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years as on 02/03/2016.

Essential Educational Qualification:

Private Secretary ->

(1) Graduate Degree from recognized University.
(2) Speed of 120 words per minute in English Short Hand.
(3) Knowledge of Computer Operation.

English Stenographer Grade-II ->

(1) Degree from recognized University.
(2) Speed of 100 words per minute in English Short Hand.
(3) Knowledge of Computer Operation.

Computer Qualification: The Candidate must possess besides the prescribed qualifications:- (a) CCC / CCC+ level Certificate, [OR] (b) Should have Degree/Diploma from any recognized University/ Educational Institution with computer as one of the Subjects, [OR] (C) Should have passed SSC or HSC examination from recognized
School Board with Computer as one of the Subjects, or Courses prescribed by the Government.

Application Fee: 250/- for SC / ST / PWD / Ex-Serviceman / Socially & Educationally Backward Classes Candidates. 500/- for all others include OBC Category Candidates. The application fee plus the usual Bank Charges through remitting the same in Current Bank Account No. 30725811785 with the State Bank of India, High Court Complex Branch, Ahmedabad, held in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Gujarat, Sola, Ahmedabad, through any of the Core Banking Service Branches of the State Bank of India using the Cash Voucher in the Special Format from 16/03/2016 to 31/03/2016, during Bank working days and hours.

Selection Process:

Private Secretary -> Stenography Test and Viva-Voce (Oral Interview)
English Stenographer -> Stenography Test and Written Test.
