Is executive MBA the degree or diploma

Executive PGDM, although names appears very different, generally refers to the same academic honour, with context of the Indian management setup. Having said this, technically, master of business administration is the degree that established ITM university is deemed to provide. PGDM is the diploma that non-university normally offer. The executive prefix, in degree and diploma, generally refers, what type of candidates are been targeted for the management course and to give entrance exam for MBA. Suppose management program is for the working executives, generally it is qualified by the Executive keyword. There can be other candidates who have no working experience must go for entrance exam for MBA.
