Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for sourcing candidates from various job portals like CareerBuilder, Monster and Ladders.
Maintaining personal database and a proper track for each candidate.

- Built networks to find qualified active & passive candidates through Virtual Marketing sources like Facebook, LinkedIn.
Managed all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle from resume screening, negotiating and finalizing salaries for candidates.

- Supported candidate with the sample interview questionnaires by collecting them from the web search and past-interviewees.

- Screened candidates from various aspects and in various technologies as per client requirement.

- Explaining the candidate about the roles and responsibilities of the requirement and getting information about their relevant experience.

- Submitting the resumes that are best match as per the requirement of clients and keeping on follow up with candidates as per the requirements.

- Interacting with client on daily and weekly basis to discuss the status on each requirement as well as candidate.

Requirements

- Person should have good hand on job portal
Monster , Dice , Career Builder & ATS

- Person should have exp working on all IT Requirment

- Fluency in English & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience working as IT Recruiter

Note: Salary/Compensation is at par with industry and experience.
