We are looking for Executive/Senior Executive for Ahmedabad warehouse. Job Description

1. Monitor daily operations of warehouses, against SOPs and service levels agreed between Company and Customers
2. Monitoring the performance levels of Warehouses
3. MIS Reports creation – Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly and Daily
4. Presentation to the Customer on the deliverables and on the progress of the project
5. Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high level of stock accuracy
6. New Initiatives, Safety and Kaizen at all WarehousesExperience of Inventory & Warehouse Management
7. - Maintenance & dispatch of stock in regular basis.
8. - Responsible for safety, security of warehouse
9. Experience of SAP
10. COORDINATION WITH TRANSPORTERS FOR DISPATCHES - Transit-time monitoring to ensure on time deliveries, Ensuring availability of vehicles.
11. Responsible for verifying Bill of entry , Invoice , packing list and prepare Good Receipt Note in the computer system
12. - Responsible coordinating with various locations for timely stock transfer
13. - Responsible for stock reconciliation with system Vs physical
14. - Responsible for checking bills of vendors as per contract
