You've to visit www.mcc.nic.in website, click on UG counselling (considering you're undergraduate)
You've to register yourself then after this login
On day of counselling, you've to fill choice of your college and arrange them in preference order you want and after that lock choice and submit choice
Based on your ranking you'll be alloted a college in first round. If not you'll still have chances for second round
Second round is very much same as first round counselling. You'll have to fill choices again and based on your ranking you'll beaalloted a seat. If not you'll still have chances for mop-up round.
Mop-up round requires fresh registeration and here only those people can apply who weren't alloted any seat in 1st and 2nd counselling. You'll have to exercise choice of the seats vacant in college after 1st and 2nd counselling and wait for the results.
Remember that while registeration for your counselling if you apply for deemed university you have to pay 5 lakh and this would be refunded in second counselling only if you take the alloted college, otherwise it is non-refundable.

1. State counselling is different for different states. I had the domicile of rajasthan so I applied for it. All states have different website for rajasthan it was Rajugmedical2018. It's easier compared to AIQ counselling.

2. You'll have to register and login and exercise your choice. Lock it and submit it and based on your ranking you'll be alloted a college.

3. Second counselling is offline in most states including Rajasthan. You'll have to visit the venue and based on seats vacant, you"ll be offered choices.

4.Mop up round is for private colleges mostly as government seats are filled rapidly. It's also offline in most states. You'll be offered choices.
