Job Description

“The BFSI Sector Skill Council of India was recently set up to bring leading organizations of the BFSI industry together to create strategies and operational plans that will create standardized skill requirements for the various job roles in the industry. The skill council will also accredit well equipped service providers who will partner to disseminate the training.”

“Skill development needed to fill the significant gap between the actual skills of large number of candidates passing out from various schools, colleges and professional institutions across the country and the skills needed in the industry. Business and Corporate houses must work closely with NSDC (National Skill Development Council) to achieve the ambitious target of providing skills to 500 million people in Ten years: Finance Minister July 15 2013”

Reference to the above, Graduates only (from any stream) are invited who will be trained as per NSDC training modules and given 100% assured placements in the BFSI Sector.

Job Locations will be across West Bengal & East India.

Salary & Benefits will be as per Private Sector Banking Scale at the entry level Executive Cadre.
Requirements

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline from recognized Boards/Universities.
Maximum age is up-to 27 years for all candidates. No Quota concessions.
Both male & female candidates can apply.
Basic language & computing skills will be of advantage.
Application Procedure:

Candidate will enroll by filling the Application Form purchased from AspirationZ Business Consulting– Durgapur.
Candidate will undergo an Aptitude Test spanning 30 minutes (Objective Type).
On clearance of the Test (minimum cut off) Candidate will appear for a Personal Interview before the Skills Committee within the next two days.
Candidates finally selected must undergo a Skills Development Training (NSDC Approved) of 100 hours spread over a period of 4 to 6 months.
On joining training programme Candidate will get a 100% placement assurance letter from the NSDC approved Skills Development Programme
Candidates during training will be subjected to Assessment Tests & face Campus Interviews.
On successful completion of Skills Training Candidates get the final Offer Letter.
