Service tax will be charged when made applicable if any .VAT has increased from 8.75% to 9.45%,the difference will be charged as and when made applicable.

Any serving/retired officers of the Defence Services, their Spouse & Children may apply for an apartment/unit on an Application Form prescribed by Sobha.

Payment Schedule.

“3 BHK units on the 19th floor @ 50.5 lakhs all inclusive, less maintenance, registration charges”
“Equal easy installments linked to the progress of work, which will be indicated in the agreement”

All payments will be made in favour of Sobha Developers LTD (SDL)

Upfront payment will get a FPV benefit of 10% Per Annum [On a diminishing balance]

Once booked, there will be no escalation, except for Cement & Steel as mentioned in the agreement and any other Statutory charges that may arise.

SDL shall execute Sale and Construction Agreement with the purchaser on payment of 20% of total amount

GARRISON ROYAL – A company formed by ex Service men, will act as an interface between SDL and Officers of the Defence Services.
