ADMISSION PROCESS
The admission process is designed to factor both your accomplishments and your potential. Therefore, the following components are used in deciding on your request
ACADEMIC RECORD
A sound and consistent scholastic record is a good starting point. A minimum score of 50% is expected at the X, XII and graduate levels. A post-graduate degree, diploma, work experience, internship although not essential, would be an advantage.
POST-EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
Other factors remaining the same, post-education relevant professional experience of at least 18 months would be a definite advantage.
COMMUNICATION
A key trait expected is fluent and effective communication in English both oral and written. Selected students are encouraged to learn an additional language local or foreign. Communication skills are tested through an essay to be written in 20 minutes, on one of three topics provided for the purpose; and an extempore presentation for 3 minutes on a topic to be chosen from a list of contemporary topics.
APTITUDE AND ATTITUDE
A post-graduate program in business management requires an appetite for business-related courses and a positive orientation. These are assessed during an interview designed to test technical knowledge, inter-personal skills and general business awareness. Aspiring students are expected to have written and scored well in any of the recognized aptitude tests.
