Terms and conditions

Cost of the tour Includes:
Twin-sharing accommodation in comfortable non-air-conditioned rooms
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and hot beverages (coffee and tea)
All safaris and Forest entry fees
Photography sessions, on-field assistance and image reviews
All applicable taxes

Cost of the tour does not include:
Transport from your location to Bandipur and back
Additional safaris into the park
Medical costs
Tips and other expenses
Any kind of personal expenses or optional tours, extra meals and beverages ordered
Insurance, laundry and phone calls
Camera fees if any (participants will be advised of the estimated fees in advance)
Anything that is not included in the inclusions list (see above)

Payment terms:
Participant’s confirmation will be given only after 100% payment confirmation

In case of any cancellation on or before 10th May 2015 50% will be refunded
In case of any cancellation after 10th may 2015 there will be no refund

Note: Participants can choose to drive in by their own car/cabs at their own cost or can also do a car pooling. If you require our assistance please talk to us beforehand.
