Bodyshop Advisor
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' current or recent experience as a Bodyshop/Service Advisor. You must have a strong customer focus and a friendly approach to customers with an engaging personality.
The role will involve liaising with customers both face to face and on the telephone, as well as liaising with other departments in the Dealership including the Workshop and Sales team.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, and be very well presented. Experience using dealer management software will be a benefit as would being able to process estimates and use or have an understanding of Audatex.
