Chand Baori in Abhaneri Rajasthan

Chand Baori is an ancient stepwell situated in the village of Abhaneri in the west Indian state of Rajasthan. Chand Baori has 3,500 narrow steps arranged symmetrically and descending up to 20m to the bottom of the tank. Chand Baori step well was built over a thousand years ago in the Abhaneri town in Rajasthan, by a king called King Chanda.
