Context Filters in Tableau

Context Filter is a filter in Tableau that gets applied before any other filter, applied on a worksheet. Context filter is an independent filter and all the other filters will be applied to the data that is fetched by the Context filter. This will improve the performance of Tableau significantly, especially when there are a lot of filters applied in the workbook and also when we are dealing with very huge data.
