ADMISSION PROCESS FOR UG (BE) PROGRAMME

Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).
Candidate should have a qualifying rank in either the CET or COMEDK entrance test.

Selection criteria

25 percent of the seats are filled with the management quota, 30 percent are filled through COMEDK, and 45 percent through CET.
Candidates seeking admission under the KCET quota have to perform well in the entrance test with an eligible rank equivalent to the SCE s KCET cut-off rank.
After the result declaration, candidates must undergo KCET Counselling to secure admission under the KCET quota at Sapthagiri College.
Non-Karnataka applicants can write the COMEDK Entrance Test. At the same time, students seeking admission under Management Quota at SCE Bangalore can fill out the form by visiting directly to the college campus.
For management seats, candidates must satisfy the minimum eligibility norms defined by the college. For the same, the seat will be allotted through merit-based counseling at a college campus.
