Enchanting Karnataka - Bheemeshwari

This journey starts from Bangalore and will take us to Bhimeshwari Sanctuary. Bheemeshwari is a place, where the pleasant green mountains & clouds in the sky & the rivers are located. The fishing camp is not only a paradise for anglers but also an ideal picnic spot for holidaymakers. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is served in 'Gol Ghar', the open-air dining room. To reach Bheemeshwari we have to cross Muttati which is also a famous tourist destination.

Bheemeshwari is 2kms away from Mutati which is a forest range with mountains spread all around. Trekking on the hills & soaking yourself in the river are the only activities at Bheemeshwari, this place is ideal for a day out. The lush forest sheltered by steep valleys and scattered by little streams, invites large groups of animals and birds. Here we do not advise to venture deep into the jungle or river, because, there are chances of finding wild elephants and a few crocodiles.

Bhimeshwari in Manday district is an ideal place not only for the Indian Wildlife lovers but also for people on a holiday spree. Muttati is located near a striking Anjaneyaswamy temple with an interesting Sthalapurana related to the Ramayana. The temple attracts a great many devotees, particularly on Saturdays, a day considered special to Hanuman.

Day1:
Arrival at the campsite in Bheemeshwari by 11:00 with a welcome drink. Breakfast enroute. We will have a session on High Rope traversing once we reach there followed by buffet lunch. After lunch, we will continue with Jumaring. We can also play Cricket after the event. This will be followed by bonfire and dinner. Overnight stay in tents. You can also engross yourselves with activities such as pitching tents, bonfire etc.

Day 2:
Early morning after Breakfast, we will go for trekking into the forest and then rappelling. After Lunch, you can engross with other activities like Archery and Volley ball. Interested people can go for Rafting also (as per availability) at an extra cost.
