Educational Qualification: CA/ICMA/MBA (Finance) form recognized University/Institute or Graduate in any discipline with two years full time MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/Institute or Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Marketing/International Trade from recognized University/Institute or Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Computer Programming or MCA or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from recognized University/Institute for Executive. Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Electronics Engineering from a recognized University for Jr. Manager & Dy. General Manager.

Age Limit: 28 years for Executive, 30 years for Jr. Manager & 55 years for Dy. General Manageras on 31.03.2018.
