Future Vacations Complaints

I planned a trip to Bangalore with future vacation but due to bad weather the trip was cancelled and on the scheduled day but they offered me a alternate trip in place of the previous but as I had problem in time on that given day so I asked for refund they though hesitated first but given it back later. I was really happy with their travel plans also and the trustworthiness.
