Job description :

Designation: HR Executive

Role Location: Chennai.

Roles and responsibilities:

Head hunting candidates using social media and local job portals.
Manage the recruitment life cycle.
Ensure that the recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet business needs.
Ensure all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Other duties in line with business growth and expansion.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or Non-IT recruiters).
Hands-on experience with MS Office applications.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge in foreign languages would be an added advantage.

Edu : Any degree

Salary : 12k to 15k

Location : chennai

Exp : 0 to 1 yr
