2. Control and monitor systems.

3. Maintain breakdown, shurtdown, PPM, and documentation.

4. Keep detailed records of work performed.

5. Recommend maintenance for improving system performance.

6. Troubleshoot HVAC systems.

7. Assign work to subordinate technicians.

8. Calculate ventilation requirements.

9. Manage heat load.

10. Maintain and strengthen client relationships.

11. Managing budgets.

12. Perform equipment selection.

13. Provide feedback.
