KFD recruitment 2018 notification has been released on official website for the recruitment of total 54 (fifty four) jobs out of which 10 (ten) vacancies for Deputy Range Forest Officer cum Surveyor, 30 (thirty) for Forest Guard & 14 (fourteen) for Forest Watcher vacancies. Educational Qualification: Graduation in subjects namely viz. Forestry / Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science / Fisheries or Bachelor s degree in Science with at least one of the following subjects namely; Botany / Zoology / Wildlife / or equivalent from a recognized University or A Bachelor s degree in Science with at least one of the following subjects namely; Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or a Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Technology / Agriculture / Chemical / Civil / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Environment Science / Computer Science / Computer Applications of a recognized University / deemed University / open University under UGC Act, 1963 for Deputy Range Forest Officer cum Surveyor. Must have passed PUC or equivalent qualification on the date of notification for Forest Guard. Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination Forest Watcher.

Age Limit : 18 to 25 years for Deputy Range Forest Officer cum Surveyor, 18 to 27 years for Forest Guard & 18 to 30 years for Forest Watcher as on 17.01.2018.
