Eligibility Criteria
No candidates shall be allowed to be admitted to the medical curriculum of first Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course unit.
1. He/she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December, of the year of admission to the MBBS course.
2. He/she has passed qualifying examination as under:
A. Candidates passing the examination in piece-meal (compartmental) are not eligible for admission.
The higher secondary examination or the Indian School Certificate which in equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and mathematics or any other elective subjects with English at a level not less than core course of English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) after the introduction of the 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the National Committee of Education.

The following guidelines shall be followed for admission to NRI students.
1. Admission to the NRI seats may be made on the basis of the marks in the qualifying examination.
2. NRI financially supporting the candidate must be a blood relative such as Father / Mother / Brother / Sister / Uncle / Aunt only.
3. Applicant for admission under NRI Quota shall not have completed 21 years of age as on the 1st of July of that respective academic year.

A. NRI Status Certificate of the financial supporter issued by the Embassy of respective country under their seal.
B. NRI Bank Account Pass Book of the financial supporter
