Coordination with Consultants & other sources of Recruitment,
Manpower Planning and Resource Allocation,
Manpower Report Generation,
Coordination with other departments on their requirements on a Day-to-Day basis.
Must be a Graduate
Must have good knowledge of ITES/Banking Industry and its challenges in Recruiting.
Comfortable in MS Office & Excel Applications,
Experience in handling mass recruitment.
Good communication skills.
Must have a good knowledge in Human Resource Activities.
