Qualification: BAMS, BNYS or BPT

Timing: 9 hours (Friday, Saturday and Sunday compulsory working)

Weekly Off: between Monday to Thursday

Role & Responsibilities

•
Consulting Guests at the spa
•
Health checkup and recommending suitable therapies to the Guests
•
Acting as a health custodian for the guests and maintain health records
•
Partner with doctors in the catchments area to educate them about benefits of spas for their patients
•
Conducting workshops on different types of therapies
•
Holding sessions for corporate regarding benefits of spa therapies
•
Consultant Doctors might be given additional responsibility as per company requirements
Fee:

1to 3Month -Rs. 11,000 per month

4th Month onwards -Rs. 11,000 per month + Rs. 2000 (approx. incentives, depending on performance)

Bond:

Since the company spends a significant sum of money towards every employee’s training, the selected candidate will
be expected to stay with the company for 15 months from the date of joining, which will be extended if the probation
period is extended. If a candidate wishes to leave before the contract period he or she will need to reimburse the
company Rs. 50,000. Original marksheet (of your highest qualification) will be submitted with the company which will be
returned once the contract period is over.
