JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Customer Support:
You will be responsible for providing customer support and building customer relations through Inbound Calls. Reservations of Air Tickets & Booking worldwide for Vacations & Traveling, Billing queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention & up sales will be the basis for performance.
1.Should have excellent communication skills.
2.Must have worked in International BPO atleast 6 months in a Ticketing/Reservation Process/ IATA course certified candidate will be preferred.
