Terms & Conditions:

Billing Cycle:
The billing cycle shall be made from the 1st of the month to 30th of the month. Invoice will be prepared as on 1st of the following month.
Monthly bills are payable by 1st week of every month.

Rates and Taxes:
The rates quoted include all statutory requirements as per present govt. norms. Rates are subject to change in case of any increase in statutory contributions as announced by Government bodies during the contractual period.

Validity and Termination of Contract:
Validity of contract / agreement shall be for a period of 12 months and can be further extended with an increase of 10% of the total billing.
Termination of contract / agreement shall be given in writing with one months notice period from either party concerned, or a month’s payment in lieu thereof from the client. On termination / withdrawal of service, personnel / staff of Real Greens Enterprises who are working at your project shall not be absorbed by your organization.

Consumables and Machines:
Consumables can be supplied with additional cost at actual + 10% handling charges.

Lead time and Validity:
Lead time for deployment 10-15 days after signing the contract
Validity: This offer is valid for one month from this day and thereafter subject to our confirmation in writing.
