SUMMARY OF SERVICES:
Our basic services include the following:
- Find you responsible tenants: This includes marketing your property online, offline, through networks and partners; property inspections for potential tenants and agent networks; negotiation and closing; supervision of final work requirements of tenants during move in; legalities related to preparation and execution of rental agreements; tenant selection and verification.
- Tenant Support & Management: Our team will be the point of contact for any issues related to your tenants. These include answering support calls, verifying issues, rent collection, lase tracking and renewals, lease termination and property handover, and any other resolutions your tenants may need.
- Inventory checks, Inspections, Upkeep & Cleaning: We do a complete inventory check when we take on a property, and have the tenants sign off on the same when we handover, during their Move-In Orientation. We also do property inspections every 6 months for tenanted properties, and ensure that yet-to-be-tenanted properties are kept clean.
- Bill Payments: In case your utility bills are pending, or maintenance fees are due, our team will handle this for you.
Records & Reminders: We maintain online records of your property and you will receive updates about inspections and/or any maintenance works, through our online ticketing system.
