Expected Possession date
Ranka Aquagreens will be handed over to all our 100 customer at once by December 2012 – i.e within the next 180 days. For everyone’s convenience – we will schedule all registration in batches of 10’s over a period of 30 days. Likewise “Move-in’s” will have to be coordinated with our office and will be limited to 5 families per day and a maximum of 2 per block per day.
Current Progress
We have currently completed 80% of the Structure (i.e upto 4th floor) and internal block works and electrical & plumbing conduiting for about 60 apartments. Finishing & joinery works has been completed for about 30 apartments. We are on target to finish the full structure with block works & external plastering by the end of August 2012 – by which time we would have finished 80 apartments upto handover condition (excepting the last coat of painting).
