Job Description:
Position: Team Member
At RFC - RED CHILLIES FRIED CHICKEN we are looking for young & dynamic fresher, with the minimum qualification as 10th pass and between 18-28 yrs of age for the team member position at the restaurant. The training cum probation period is 6 months, wherein the trainee undergoes on-the job training program in all the section of the restaurant like Kitchen, Supply Base, Cash, Back Sink and lobby. We provide world class training & a fun, supportive work culture.
Job responsibilities for TM are:
• Back of the house is the Kitchen: to prepare Chicken and other items on our menu.
• Middle of the house is the Supply base: to assemble the order e.g burgers, wraps
• Front of the house is the selling counter: to serve the customers and responsible for cash transaction.
• Ensure operational adherence to RFC standards and Values.
• Maintaining High Levels of Hospitality, Cleanliness, upkeep of the restaurant and Speed in all areas of Operations
