SDLC Training is an IT training institute that offers tailor made courses to students and corporates who intend to hone their IT Skills. Our training portfolio covers programs that spans across the Software Development Life Cycle, and hence the name.

Our Comprehensive Counselling procedure:
Through various stages of counselling, we identify the strong areas of the applicant and propose a training program which is in line with his/her career path.
The counselling program is divided into 2 stages.
1) Counsellor interaction: Here, we make the applicant (mostly fresher s / candidates in the 1-3 years experience band who want a change in their career path) talk to the counsellor and voice their concerns. The counsellor, based on the inputs, makes him/ her talk to a subject matter expert.
2) Subject matter Expert discussion: The subject expert (in most of the cases the trainer) gets a deeper insight on the strengths / weaknesses of the applicant and is able to tailor make the course curriculum.
This 2-stage counselling, in a way guarantees that the applicant gets the right tailor made course that would help him / her rise in their career paths and has a greater probability of getting the right job.

Hands on Exercises:
SDLC Training is an IT Training institute and has always believed that practice makes students perfect . Going by this line, we constantly encourage students to do hands on exercise relevant to the subject in the classrooms as well as offline.
Trainers take the students through professional level assignments which make them industry ready and Hands on professional.

Evaluation Programs:
In addition to the assignments in the classroom, we help students understand their current competency levels through regular Evaluation programs in the form of MCQ s, Tests and Group Discussions (GD s).
