SGT-78 (also known as CUMYL-CYBINACA or CUMYL-4CN-BINACA) is an indazole-3-carboxamide based synthetic cannabinoid that has been sold online as a designer drug. While the in vitro activity of this compound is not disclosed in the associated patent, anecdotal reports suggest it is a potent cannabinoid agonist with an active dose of around 0.1mg.
