Wanted Director of Operations / Country Manager
Salary - 8 lacs to 10 lacs / anum ( negotiable )
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• The primary responsibility is to support the TOTALogistix US operations. This role will expand to capture the Indian market to make TOTALogistix India operations a profit center.
• Manage and deliver diverse projects and motivate employees to maintain high levels of productivity and quality. Drive and monitor compliance to all HR policies and procedures within the process.
• Work closely and cohesively across functions to meet the operational requirements.
• Interact continuously to satisfy demanding internal and external client requirements, the constant changing nature of our business and its demand on resources.
• Influence final decisions that have significant impact on smooth functioning of operations to achieve business objectives.
SKILL SET
• Demonstrated leaders with solid analytical and quantitative skills.
• IT knowledge/experience is a big plus.
• 9+ years experience in manufacturing/retail is highly preferred
• Bachelors/Masters in engineering/business, MBA is a definite plus
• Self starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience with a US company or international assignments is a definite advantage
