ADMISSIONS:- Admissions are accepted all through the year. Each course starts in every month.

REGISTRATION:- You will have to register your name for each course.

ELIGIBILITY:-
Students are advised to take the spoken Hindi course so that they learn the language from the fundamentals.

TIMINGS:-
KAT conducts classes Monday through Friday & on weekends also.

DURATION OF COURSE:- Duration of the course is 1-2 months.

EXAMINATIONS:- At the end of the course final exam has been conducted.

TEXT BOOKS:- The prescribed text books are available for sale.

STUDY MATERIALS:-
KAT has prepared a log of study materials for each course and will be supplied to the students on registration. These are very useful and worth preserving materials for examination point of view and well as to revise the learnt topics.

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS :
During the course the students will be trained in pronouncing alphabets and constructing simple sentences. They will be introduced to as many as words.

COURSE STRUCTURE :
The course is divided into 4 sessions.
Session One: Students will be trained in the alphabets and its pronunciation.
Session Two: Formation of words and its pronunciation.
Session Three: Simple sentence for reading and writing.
Session Four: Lessons from the prescribed text.
In each session students will have to answer 'Self-Assessment Tests'. Only on a satisfactory results in each test the students will be allowed for the next session.

COURSE CONTENT :
The course also include oral assignments, dictations programmes and other learning activities. To attain special competence in Hindi pronunciation and conversation Hindi Audio Cassettes will be played.

COURSE COMPLETION :
The Examination held every week. It will be of one paper and 50 marks to be answered in an hour. The following will be the board outlook of the question paper:
1. Answering questions based on text in a single sentence.
2. Meaning of words.
3. Translating simple sentences.
4. Filling blanks based on alphabets, words & sentences.
