"TIARA" is a premium residential property consisting of 220 spacious apartments(3BHK & 4BHK).
TIARA emphasizes tranquil and luxurious living amidst the bustling neighborhood within Yelahanka.
The design ensures less ground coverage, emphasizing sprawling landscapes as a major aspect of this project. It integrates the use of sustainable landscape materials, leading to minimized carbon footprint and works with local flora to make a unique dynamic environment. The design intent incorporates contemporary modern architecture creating a luxurious sense of arrival as well as a barrier-free environment for the occupants.
Concept of simple stacking leads to the prioritization of terraces, a prominent feature expressed on the main facade and the dedicated clubhouse space as well. Large balconies and spatial terraces used liberally in the design enhance the inside-out experience it provides to the occupants. The enhanced verticality of the building creates a sense of ascension- a feeling that the building itself is climbing to the heavens.Careful zoning leading to the separation of the private and public areas within the apartment creates a sense of closure, security and comfort, a unique feature of the dwellings. This design brings all these separate aspects together into a single harmonious entity.
