The Yoga TTC program is designed to be a profound personal experience where you will deepen your own practice, gain knowledge and self-awareness, and be certified to safely and confidently teach others in the Ashtanga / Hatha style of yoga. The center also offers a weekly Yoga Course, Yoga Intensive course and Hands on Adjustment / Alingment course for Yoga teachers, Prayanama courses are also imparted.
