The following are the general terms and conditions in addition to the conditions that are applicable

This is an On Job Training program applicable only to the candidates who have possessed qualification in Engineering from 2011-2016. This OJT Program is on first cum first serve basis.

The On Job Training program is for six (6) Months Training Course. The total fee payable towards the On Job Training program is Rs.65,000 + applicable Service Tax.

The desirous candidates are required to submit the duly filled in application form to this Office along with the registration fee of Rs.2,000 plus Service Tax either by way of Cash/demand draft payable in the name of M/s. Cegon Soft Pvt Ltd, payable at Bangalore. The amount is non-refundable in nature.

The candidates should under go the written test conducted by the Company before taking up this OJT . The unsuccessful candidates who does not qualify in this Exam has the option to undergo any other courses that are being provided by the Company by paying the remaining balance fee.

Pursuing candidates are exempted from payment of Registration fee, subject to taking the pre-written test in their college campus. In case they are successful in the written test they are required to pay the total fee of Rs.65,000 + applicable Service Tax towards the On Job Training program. The same would be intimated to the successful candidates.

The Acceptance of Admission Offer and Declaration Form along with the Terms and Conditions would be sent to the successful candidates. The candidates are required to pay the remaining balance amount of Rs.63,000 plus Service Tax towards the OJT before undergoing the Training program and to submit the Acceptance of Admission Offer, Declaration Form and the Terms and Conditions duly filled in within seven(7) working days.

The Company would be paying a stipend to the successful Candidates.

The Candidates who have completed the Training has to get through the final exams conducted by the Company for securing a Job.

For all purposes, the Trainees are not considered as employees of Cegon Soft Pvt Ltd. They do not have any claim for any employment in the Company after the Training Period. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Trainee without any notice or compensation or without assigning any reason.
