Junior Manager (Personnel & Administration),Below 30 years, 16400 3% 40500/-,Post qualification experience of 3 years and above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade of Rs. 12600-3%-32500/-.

Deputy Manager (Personnel & Administration),Below 40 years, 29100 3% 54500/-,Post qualification experience of 9 years and above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade of Rs. 24900-3%-50500/-.

Educational Qualifications: For Engineering Disciplines - Engineering Graduate / Diploma in concerned discipline from a recognized University. Personnel and Administration -> Graduate degree in any discipline with 02 Years full time MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management.
