Essential Qualification and Experience:

Deputy Registrar -> Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale. Experience - 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar, or in an equivalent post, OR Nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 6000 and above, with experience in educational administration, OR Comparable experience in a research establishment and/, or other institutions of higher education in GP of Rs. 5400/- in PB-III.

Assistant Registrar -> Master's Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale along with good academic record. Experience - Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Administrative matters including Legal, Labour relations & laws, Public relations, Recruitments, Establishments. Academic matters such as conduct of examinations, maintenance of students' records. Possessing experience of handling administrative Financial
Budget/Accounts matter in a responsible capacity. Estate Management, Materials Management and Import procedures. With at least 5 years working experience in a Supervisory/Superintendent capacity with a GP of Rs. 4600/- in a Government, Semi. Government, Financial/ Commercial organization, reputed recognized University/ Technological Institution of national standing etc. Computer literacy and ability to work independently will be preferred.

Medical Officer -> MBBS Degree from recognized university including completion of compulsory rotating internship. Experience - At least 5 years of experience in recognized large hospital of State / Central / PSU / Autonomous bodies / multi-specialty hospitals of good repute.

Hindi Officer / Assistant Registrar (Rajbhasha) -> Master's degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master's degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of an examination at the degree level; OR Master's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. Experience - 5 years' experience in GP of Rs.4600, with sufficient experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature under Central / State Governments / Autonomous Body / Statutory Organizations / PSUs / Universities or recognized research or educational institutions. OR Three years' experience of teaching in Hindi and English or research in Hindi or English under Central / State Governments / Autonomous Body / Statutory Organizations / PSUs / Universities or recognized research or educational institutions.

Superintendent -> Master's Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. Experience - 4 years of relevant experience in Administration / Accounts / Secretarial work in a Junior superintendent / equivalent post with a GP of Rs. 4200/- in any Engineering / Technical Institutes like IITs / IISERs / IISc / NITs and similar Govt. Institutions.

Junior Superintendent -> Master's Degree with at least 50% marks in any discipline. OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 55% marks in any discipline. Experience - For Master's Degree 3 years of relevant experience in the GP of Rs. 2800/- in administration / Accounts / Secretarial work in any Engineering / Technical Institutes like IITs/IISERs/IISc/NITs and similar Govt. Institutions. For Bachelor's Degree 5 years relevant experience in the GP of Rs.2800/- in administration / Accounts / Secretarial work in any Engineering / Technical Institutes like IITs / IISERs / IISc / NITs and similar Govt. Institutions.

Scientific Assistant -> B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc./ MCA with at least 55% marks in appropriate field (OR) B.Sc.(at least 60% marks) in appropriate field. Experience - For M.Sc./ B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc/ MCA in appropriate fields 3 years' relevant experience in the GP of Rs. 2800/- in a laboratory or Research Institute experience in handling research equipment. For B.Sc. 5 years relevant experience in the GP of Rs. 2800/- in a laboratory or Research Institute experience in handling research equipment.

Technical Assistant -> B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Sc./ MCA with at least 55% marks in appropriate field. (OR) B.Sc. (at least 60% marks) in appropriate field. Experience - For M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./MCA in appropriate fields 3 years' relevant experience in the GP of Rs.2800/- with sufficient experience in laboratory or Research Institute experience in handling research equipment. For B.Sc. 5 years relevant experience in the GP of Rs.2800/- with sufficient experience in a laboratory or Research Institute experience in handling research equipment.

Assistant Security Officer cum Transport Manager -> Master's Degree with at least 50% marks in any discipline. (OR) Bachelor's Degree with at least 55% marks in any discipline. Must have active habits and physique with 3 years relevant experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-. Ex-servicemen with armed forces or employees of serving, CPRF/Central or State police/CISF/Para Military/BSF personnel with arms license would be preferred. Experience - At least 3 years of experience in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- should be discharge responsibilities in Government/an Organization of national repute. Ability to lead subordinates and manage priorities on own with decision making capabilities.

Hindi Assistant -> Bachelor's degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Bachelor's degree of a recognised University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Bachelor's Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR Bachelor's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR Bachelor's degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level. Experience - Atleast 2 years' experience in the GP of Rs.2000/- with sufficient experience in office environment and typing skills in Hindi / English. Excellent computer skills for handling correspondence work / office files / papers with proficiency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa.

Office Assistant (Multi Skill) -> Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in any discipline with computer key depression speed equivalent to 40 w.p.m., proficiency in office application like Word,, Excel, Power Point etc. Experience - 2 years of relevant experience in GP of Rs.2000/- with sufficient experience in handling Office papers & equipments / knowledge of computer application / laboratory equipments & chemicals / audio visual equipments in any Engineering / Technical Institutes like IITs/ IISERs/ IISc/ NITs and similar Govt. Institutions.

Lab. Technician -> Bachelor's Degree in Science with at least 50% marks. OR Diploma in Engineering of 3 years duration in appropriate field. Experience - For Bachelor's Degree 2 years relevant experience in the GP of Rs.2000/- in laboratory or Research Institute handling scientific equipments. Knowledge of scientific computational skills. For Master's Degree holders one year relevant experience.
