Wards of War Widows / Widows / Ex-Servicemen / Servicemen of all Arms/ Services can apply.

Category,Age Limit,Minimum Educational Qualification Required

Soldier GD,17 1/2 21 Years,Matric/ 10th/ SSLC pass with minimum 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. Incase of higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off.

Soldier Tech,17 1/2 23 Years,(a) 10+2 simple pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 45% marks in aggregate. (OR)(b) 10th class pass with min 50% marks in aggregate if 3 years Diploma in Engg from an AICTE recognized institute.

Soldier Tradesman,17 1/2 23 Years,10th simple pass (except Housekeeper).

For Housekeeper only. 8th pass / Matric/10th or 9th failed candidates must produce 8th pass certificate & Mark Sheet must be signed by.Head-Master and countersigned by District Education Officer (DEO).

Open Category for Soldier (Tradesman) Musician

17 1/2 23 Years

10th simple pass. Candidates with aptitude in playing musical instruments (Brass band and Pipe band) are eligible to apply and will be selected based on the aptitude and other tests. Candidates from reserved category and open category from any state can apply for the musician's trade.

Open Category for Sportsman against Soldier GD Vacancy,17 1/2 21 Years,Matric/ 10th/ SSLC pass with minimum 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. Incase of higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off.

Soldier Clerk / SKT (Only for EME Relationship),17 1/2 23 Years,(a) Should have secured 40% in each subject and 50% marks in aggregate in Class XII.(b) Should have studied with English & Maths/ Accts/ Book Keeping in class XII or Class X.(c) If a candidate is a Graduate (any field) with maths Accts/ Book Keeping and English (Even elective) as one of the subjects, the stipulation of scoring 40% marks in Maths/ English in Class XII of Class X and scoring 50% marks in aggregate in Class XII are waived off.(d) If a candidate is a graduate but not having English and Maths/ Accts/ Book Keeping at graduate level, he should have scored minimum 40% marks in English and Maths/ Accts/ Book Keeping at least once in Class XII or Class X.
