TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVAL AT BHUBANESWAR

On arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station transfer to hotel. Later if time permit half day sightseeing of tribal museum ( closed on Monday ), Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain caves, Nadankanan zoo famous for white tiger , the grand Lingaraj temple ( entry only for hindus). Overnight at Bhubaneswar.

DAY 02: BHUBANESWAR - DHAULI - HIRAPUR - PIPLI - RAGHURAJPUR - PURI

Morning drive to Puri enroute visit Dhauli (Buddhist Stupa/ Peace Pagoda), Hirapur (64 Yogini Temple), Pipili ( the applique work village ) & Raghurajpur ( the Artisan village, the most famous attraction here are the Pattachitra (miniature paintings ), palm leaf engravings, stone carvings, wooden toys, tusser paintings etc. Proceed to Puri and overnight stay in a hotel along the beach.

DAY 03: PURI - KONARK - PURI

Morning visit to Jagannath temple (non Hindus are not allowed ). Then drive to Konark to visit the world famous Sun Temple. Enroute visit to Ramchandi Temple & scenic Chandrabhaga beach (one of the finest beaches with a long stretch of clean sands & the beach has its own lovely serenity). Return back to Puri. Evening visit to beach market. Overnight at Puri.

DAY 04: PURI - CHILIKA - GOPALPUR

Morning drive to Chilika lake along Satapada. Visit the scenic sea mouth island here the Chilika Lake meets with bay of Bengal and the beach is beautiful here. Enjoy the walk along tnis pristine beach and cross to another dide of the lake by the local ferry. Then proceed to Gopalpur and check in to the hotel. Rest time relax at Gopalpur on Sea Overnight at Gopalpur.

DAY 05: EXCURSION TO TARATARINI & ARYAPALLI BEACH

Morning after breakfast visit to Taratarini Temple (the legendary temple on the hillock). Back to the hotel. Then visit to Aryapalli Beach (quiet & secluded beach). Back to the hotel. Overnight at Gopalpur-on-Sea.
