Day 01 : Arrive Amritsar
On arrival meet at airport & transfer to hotel . After check in at hotel get ready for sightseeing tour visit Golden Temple, Jallianwalan Bagh and Indo-Pak Wagah Border in the evening one can visit here to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the Retreat" ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause.).enjoy the place. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02 : Amritsar - Dalhousie by drive
Post breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Dalhousie (4.5hrs. approx.), on arrival check in at hotel.
Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Surrounded by varied vegetation pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron. Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Subhash Baoli and excursion to Khajjiar 24 Kms. from Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar forest. Drive from Dalhousie to Khajjiar is awesome. Overnight in Dalhousie.
Day 03 : Dalhousie - Dharamshala by drive
Post breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Dharamshala (4hrs. approx.), on arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon you will visit the Tashijong Monastery built by the Dalai Lama. Rest of the day is free to walk around the local Tibetan market at Mcleod Ganj. Also visit the oldest church and Dal lake. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04 : Dharamshala - Manali by drive
Post breakfast leave for Manali (8hrs. approx.), on arrival check in at hotel. Evening free at leisure, spend the time at your own. Overnight at hotel in Manali.
Day 05 : Manali
Excursion to Rohtang Pass ( at own cost) . Situated at an altitude of 3979 mtrs above sea level and 51 Kms. outside Manali is the mighty Rohtang Pass - the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendour. At the top of the pass the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into the Lahaul valley. Evening at Leisure. Overnight at hotel in Manali.
Day 06 : Manali
After breakfast sightseeing of places in and around Manali, Like Hadimba temple, Manu temple, Vashisht Bath, Van Vihar, Solang Valley and evening shopping at the local market. Overnight at hotel in Manali.
Day 07 : Manali - Shimla by drive
Post breakfast leave for next destination , it is Shimla - the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. Enroute visit Kullu. Arrive and check into the hotel. Evening free to stroll on The Mall and the famous Ridge. Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark of Shimla. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 08 : Shimla
After breakfast excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride and one can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri, after lunch sightseeing of various places in and around. Shimla mosques built in (1830), Vice regal Lodge built in (1885), Christ Church built in (1844), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), The Grindlays Bank (1912)- the world wide bank started by Robert Melville Grindlay, The Scandal Point and The famous Shopping Plaza of the North The Mall. Overnight at hotel.
Day 09 : Shimla Delhi by drive
Post breakfast check out from hotel and proceed by drive to Delhi (8hrs. approx.),on arrival check in at hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 : Delhi - Agra by drive
Post breakfast check out from hotel & take Delhi city tour visit Raj Ghat, Humayun s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Rastrapati Bhawan*, Parliament House* Lotus Temple & India Gate* (*drive pass). Post lunch proceed to Agra by surface (4.5hrs. approx.), on arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 11 : Agra Jaipur by drive
Post breakfast leave for Agra city tour visit The world famous Taj Mahal (remains closed on Friday) - the most precious gift of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his loving wife Mumtaz & Agra Fort - is a historical fort in the city of Agra in India. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. Also visit Itmad Ud Daulah - baby Taj.
Now drive to Jaipur. Named after its founder Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II was established on 18 November 1727. Jaipur is considered as the first planned city in the country. In 1878AD, Jaipur was painted with Pink color to welcome Prince Albert, consort of Queen Victoria and since then the city is also known as Pink City . Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri Founded in 1569 by the Mughal emperor Akbar, and served as the capital of the Mughal Empire from 1571 to 1585. It is 40 kms from Agra on the Agra - Jaipur highway. You will visit Buland Darwaza; 55 metre high gate was added some five years later after the completion of the mosque ca. 1576-1577, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Diwan-i-Aam, Diwan-i-Khas. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 12 : Jaipur
Early in the morning post breakfast leave for sightseeing tour , first visit Amber City as an excursion- the capital of Kachhwahas for six centuries before the foundation of Jaipur City. Ascend the Amber Fort with a traditional royal experience of Elephant ride (Optional). Within the Fort complex we will visit Sheesh Mahal, Diwan-e-Aam and Dowan-e-Khas. Later drive back to Pink City. En-route a short photo-shoot in-front the Jal Mahal, a small palace set in the middle of Man Sagar Lake.
Also visit Nahargarh Fort , Jaigarh Fort. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 13 : Jaipur
Post breakfast enjoy more sightseeing visit to the City Palace, situated in the heart of the old city occupies about one seventh of the Old City. Within the City Palace we will visit Mubarak Mahal, Clock Tower and City Palace Museum, Later we will visit Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. The enormous sun dials still provides the accurate time. Before returning to your hotel, take pictures in-front the Hawa Mahal, Palace of Winds a five storied semi-octagonal building having 152 windows was built in 1799 AD by Maharaja Pratap Singh for the royal ladies to enjoy the processions and other royal activities on the street.
Evening enjoy shopping in colourful bazaar for Jewellery, Textiles, Handloon & Handicrafts. Overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 14 : Departure
Post breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Jaipur airport (or drive back to Delhi (5.5hrs. approx.) to board your flight for onwards journey.
