INSTITUTE OF HEALTH SCIENCES in Nayapalli

The BPT (bachelor in Physiotherapy) is a four and half year degree course under the Utkal University.Four year of class room teaching is divided into 8 semesters, each followed by a University Examination. After the 8th Semester, every student undergoes a compulsory rotating intership for six months.Utkal University award the degree at the completion of the course.

Physiotherapists work in Hospitals, Medical colleges, Private Clinics, Rehabilitation establishments and fitness centres. Teach in Medical Colleges, Engage in research to enhance knowledge to do their specialization in Orthopadics, Neurology, Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation, Cardio-Thoracic & Paediatrics.
