Kalinga College of Commerce comes under e-Admission system in +3 commerce (self financing) under Department of Higher Education(DHE), Odisha. An eligible candidate (+2 pass) can apply ON-LINE for admission into +3 Com. The candidates can either log on direct link to DHE which is displayed on the home page of KCC web site or go through www.dheorissa.in . Moreover, the candidate has to provide all required information in Common Application Form (CAF) and submit it successfully. After successful submission of CAF to DHE, Odisha, take two copies of print out (college copy & applicant copy) of CAF. These two copies are to be submitted with required documents and fees to the nearest Resource Centre. The authorities of the Resource Centre will return the applicant copy to the candidate in form of Money Receipt-Cum-Index Number (MRIN).
