Advances of Rs.25,000/- per Tipper/hywa will be only made after the delivery of vehicles on-site after inspection of all documents of the vehicles with mandatory and necessary safety measures & fittings required as per MCL guidelines.

You are hereby offered a rate of Rs.1,25,000/- on a per month rental in general basis with a target of (18hours×28days)= 504 hours of vehicle functioning to be completed on a per vehicle per month basis. The allowed mileage is 1.85 KMPL . If you can save on the fuel and increase your mileage with your vigilance and regular routine check-up of vehicles and keep the fuel consumption within 50% of the total work executed by you the rate offered shall be increased by Rs.10,000/- per vehicle per month.

Bill raised for the work executed till the 30/31st of every month shall be paid within 10-days of the same month and for the work executed between 1-30/31 of the same month. The bill is to be put up from your company’s letter-head to us after all verification's from all authorized points such as loading points, unloading points and challan receiving points. If there are any local, national, or banking-holidays the payments may be delayed accordingly. Hence it’s clearly mentioned as working days. There will be no cheque payments and all payments shall be RTGS’ed to specific accounts. No cash transaction is allowed whatsoever in any case and its not entertained too.

A tax of 2% TDS will be deducted from your account every billing cycle and the certificate of which will be issued in due time to you.

As of now we have a continuous work for 45 months at a stretch and still more in the pipeline and it’s a project-oriented job so there is no need to worry about employment of tippers for a minimum of 60 months.
