RFQ for Hiring of Vehicle Providing Agency in Odisha

Dear Sir / Madam,

We wish to introduce Strategic Alliance Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (SAMS) based at New Delhi and Project offices in States including Odisha, as a management consulting organization working since last 21 years in the health and development sector.

SAMS has signed a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with International Development Agency, New Delhi, for Provision of Technical Assistance towards Financial, Human Resources & Logistics Management in Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, M.P. and Odisha. In order to support implementation of Project, SAMS has appointed Technical Consultants in each of the five States. The implementation of Project requires need based travel by Technical Consultants within and outside base station. The consultants are based in State Capital and district headquarters. In the State of Odisha SAMS has appointed 34 Technical Consultants. The number of Technical Consultants may vary during implementation of Project.

SAMS hereby invites bids from Vehicle Providing Agencies for provision of Vehicles to Technical Consultants in the State of Odisha for an initial period of one year. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document is attached herewith. In addition to sending this RFQ document to known bidders, we have uploaded this RFQ document at our website www.sams.co.in for wider circulation.

You are invited to submit your bids (Technical and Financial) through e-mail at [email protected] latest up to 7:00 PM on June 27, 2017. The technical bids shall be opened by SAMS at 10:00 AM on June 28, 2017. The bidders evaluated as technically qualified shall be considered for opening of their financial bids at later date.
