INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL ONLINE

Stage 1-Registration
Provide all the relevant details carefully

It is mandatory to provide valid email id and mobile number as the password will be sent to the registered Mobile number and email id

Candidates Name, Date of Birth and email id cannot be changed after filling

Candidate Date of Birth should be on or after 01.07.1993

Immediately after registration, a password will be sent to your mobile number and email

Proceed to Step 2 with the received password

Stage 2-Confirmation of password

Enter the email id and password received from VIT to proceed for filling the online application

Stage 3- Filling up of online application form

Refer the Information Brochure carefully, before filling the online application form

Provide all the relevant details carefully

Field marked with an asterisk * are mandatory

NRI/PIO/OCI candidates can also apply directly through Direct Admission to B.Tech. programme without appearing for VITEEE-2015. Kindly refer the website for details

Foreign candidates are not eligible to apply for VITEEE-2015

Change of Test City and the Slot once booked cannot be changed under any circumstances

Press submit button after checking the details carefully

An application number will be generated immediately after submission

Stage 4-Selection of Mode of payment

Choose the Payment Mode as per your preference .

Payment through Online Gateway

For Payment through online Mode, be ready with Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Bank details

During the payment process, DO NOT press backspace or Refresh button inorder to avoid double charges/payment error

On successful completion of transaction, kindly take the printout copy of the application for your reference

Do not send the hardcopy of the application form after uploading the Photograph and Signature.

For Transaction not successful due to network issues / display of error page :

For Transaction found not successful, even after the amount deducted from your account, please wait for 3 working days. You can proceed further, after getting the mail from

VIT.
In case of transaction found incomplete after 4 working days, send a mail to [email protected]

For Payment through Demand Draft Mode

For Payment through Demand Draft Mode, get ready with DD for Rs.940/- (50 USD for NRI candidates) drawn in favour of 'VIT University', payable at Vellore.

In case, if you are not ready with the Demand Draft at the time of submission of application form, you can 'logout' from the screen and you can resume from the same payment

screen through Step 2, by login with the email id and password

It is mandatory to send the hardcopy of the application form along with the DD after uploading the photograph and signature to the address of Director-UG Admissions, VIT

University, Vellore - 632014, Tamilnadu.

Write your name, application number and mobile number on the reverse side of the Demand Draft

Stage 5. Photograph / Signature Upload

Softcopy (scanned copy) of recently taken passport size colour photograph with 10 kb - 200 kb (Dimensions -3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) in JPG / JPEG format

Softcopy (scanned copy) of signature of the candidate with 10 kb - 200 kb (Dimensions - 6 cm (width) x 2 cm height) in JPG/ JPEG format

Stage 6. Download the filled-out Application form

Download and take the printout of filled-in application form for future reference
