Cegep Gaspe College Program , Quebec

Cegep de la Gaspe was established in 1968 by Quebec provincial government
Public funded institution, one of the largest in Quebec.

IELTS Requirement:

For Diploma (2 Years) & Advanced Diploma (3 Years) & Post Graduate Program minimum IELTS score 6.0 Bands Not Less than 5.5 bands in each Module/section.

Important Notes:
Complete and send scanned copy of signed application form to study in CEGEP GIM.
Applicant must be more than 17 years old.
Student Must signed Refund and Cancellation form with application.
Offer letter processing time 5 to 7 days.
1st Semester s tuition fees must be paid before deadline mention in College offer letter.
Wire Transfer details are clearly mentioned in College offer letter.
When you are transferring funds through TT/ Wire Transfer. Please mention student s full name, Date of Birth and Student s College ID.
Student must have 50% in core subjects to apply in centennial college.

Admission Process:

Application Review Application (E-mail Offer letter) First Sem Tuition Fees Final Offer letter

Fill the Quebec Acceptance Application (CAQ) form online and pay $109.

After obtaining a CAQ for studies, a student can apply for study permit from the Canadian Visa Office.
How to get Qu bec certificate of acceptance (CAQ)

The form, conditions for obtaining a CAQ for studies and the cost for applying, are available at the following address:www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/etudes-demarches.


It takes about 20 business days to obtain a CAQ if the application is filled out correctly.

Phase 1
Students should scan and send all the required essential documents which are signed application of Cegep Gaspe, Certificate/Diploma/Degree of the highest level of education achieved, IELTS score card, passport to [email protected] (CEGEP GIM).

Phase 2
CEGEP GIM will review and send the pre admission letter to the student along with the bank details.

Phase 3
The Student should forward the first semester tuition fee via Wire transfer to CEGEP GIM.

Phase 4
Following that the institution will send, Letter of Acceptance and Fee receipt indicating the amount received.

Phase 5
Students have to fill Quebec Acceptance Application (CAQ) form online which can be found on
www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/etudes-demarches

Phase 6
Once students receive CAQ they should apply for a study permit from the Canadian Visa Office (CVO). And they should inform CEGEP GIM of their arrival date.

Phase 7 (Refund Process)
In case student's visa application is rejected, student has to submit a refund request in writing to the CEGEP GIM.
